Design and work preparation of water-mains infrastructure for a water-distribution company — new build, renovation and reinforcement, from preliminary design to as-built.
Organisation
The Netherlands has strong growth ambitions and will build many new neighbourhoods in the coming years. That is why we are looking for a work-planner/designer water-mains infrastructure. Both interim and permanent roles are welcome.
Role & responsibilities
You work on new builds, renovations and reinforcements. From preliminary design to execution design — after which your role shifts to work-planner: material supply, permit process and execution support. On hand-over you ensure good as-built records in the asset-management system.
Requirements
- MBO working and thinking level, civil-engineering or infrastructure knowledge
- Knowledge of water-mains technology, network calculations, strength calculations (SCHRIJVERS)
- Familiar with specification systems, surveying and CAD/GIS
- Strong social and communicative skills
