Project Engineer Electrical Infrastructure
Half technical, half organisational: prepare and coordinate energy projects in the underground infra.
Construction and reconfiguration of LV/MV electrical projects at an energy company — from surveys, preliminary design and cable calculations to post-calculation and aftercare.
Organisation
For an energy company responsible for supply to households, industry and utilities we are looking for engineers to adapt the electricity network to today’s requirements — think solar feed-in, EV peak loads and the gas phase-out.
Role & responsibilities
As Project Engineer Electrical you are responsible for the construction and reconfiguration of LV/MV electrical projects. You design from a programme of requirements, survey before and during execution, determine the preliminary design (routing), make pre- and post-calculations and cable calculations, draw materials (SAP), align with internal and external parties and provide aftercare. Approximately 50% organisational / 50% technical.
Requirements
- MBO/MBO+/HBO in Electrical or Energy Engineering
- Experience with or affinity for MV/LV (a plus)
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn underground infra
- Affinity with energy distribution
- Experience working project-based — telecom/installation-engineering backgrounds also welcome
